I'm still waiting for the next animated film that will knockout "Let it go". Till then, I’m not "letting go". (Smiles)

My daughter and inspiration turned six today, hooray! 

Happy birthday love, keep shining like the star you are.

Every year, we have to think really hard on the cake to make, except for last year though because we were in transit. This year the choice of cake was even harder than the previous one because it’s looking like she has out grown all the kiddies programs on television. So after much deliberation, we decided on the violin cake.

See below for the outcome of our effort. Did we nail it?

Nude cakes are cakes without the outer icing cover. This cake tends to look very natural, that is why the best way to decorate the naked cake is either by using fresh fruits or natural flowers. Nude cakes are now trending in the wedding circles.
